Cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome (CHS) is a condition that leads to severe and repeated bouts of vomiting. It is a rare condition but is becoming more widely known. It only occurs in daily long-term users of marijuana. Marijuana has several active substances. These include THC and related chemicals. These substances bind to molecules found in the brain. With the legalization of marijuana in several states, the daily users of marijuana are becoming more plentiful, as is this condition.
